Leafly lists relaxed, tingly and happy as Sherbet’s top effects and rates it mostly calming; AllBud and Weedmaps describe an early lift of happiness and euphoria that gives way to relaxation through the body. Leafly’s top downsides are dry mouth, anxious and dry eyes.1,2,3

Energizing or sleepy?

Mostly calming by Leafly’s measure, but the sources split. Leafly’s scale puts Sherbet on the calming side and Weedmaps describes the indica side winning out over time, while Leafly’s 2025 best-sellers list calls it a popular daytime, energizing strain.1,3,4 Even AllBud’s pages disagree: its Sherbet page describes a slightly couch-locked state without sleepiness, its Sherbert page relaxation without “any sedation or couch-lock”.8,9

Why two batches can feel different

Potency alone varies widely: one in ten lab-tested batches came in under 15.02% THC and one in ten above 24.80%.10 Add a clone-only original, seed versions from at least nine other breeders and a name shared with Rainbow Sherbet, RS11 and other strains, and two jars labelled Sherbet can hold different plants (see genetics).3,11,12,13,14
