# Sherbet

> Sherbet, also sold as Sunset Sherbet or Sunset Sherbert, is an indica-dominant hybrid of Girl Scout Cookies and Pink Panties that came out of an accidental pollination in Mario “Mr. Sherbinski” Guzman’s San Francisco grow around 2012, and it is one of Gelato’s two parents. It is not Rainbow Sherbet, a separate Champagne × Blackberry hybrid, or RS11, which is sold as Rainbow Sherbert #11. It tests at a median total THC of 20.52% across 768 state lab tests of Sherbet flower, with the middle half of results between 17.60% and 22.79%. CBD is negligible: none of the 479 tests that reported CBD reached 1%.
